How to schedule your first appointment

1

Call or contact us

Call (701) 885-7920 or submit a request online. Our team will match you with the right provider, verify your insurance, and find a time that works.

2

Complete intake paperwork

We’ll send a secure link to complete your forms online before your first visit. Please do this at least 24 hours in advance.

3

Attend your evaluation

Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation — typically 45–60 minutes, in person or via telehealth video.

4

Begin your treatment plan

After your evaluation, your provider will discuss a personalized plan and schedule your first follow-up appointment.

What to bring — in-person visits

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Insurance card(s)
  • List of current medications and dosages
  • Names and contact info for other current providers
  • Any prior psychiatric records, if available
  • Parent or legal guardian must accompany patients under 18

For telehealth visits

  • Complete your intake forms before the appointment
  • Find a quiet, private space with good lighting
  • Ensure your device has a working camera and microphone
  • Test your internet connection — stable Wi-Fi recommended
  • Have your medication list nearby for reference

Insurance and payment

Accepted insurance

We accept most major insurance plans. Call (701) 885-7920 to verify your specific coverage before your appointment.

Self-pay options

If you don’t have insurance or prefer not to use it, self-pay options are available. Call us to discuss current rates.
