Getting Started

Do I need a referral to become a patient?

No referral is required. You can schedule directly with Infinity Health by calling (701) 885-7920 or submitting a request through our contact page.
We make every effort to see new patients promptly. Telehealth appointments often have greater flexibility than in-person slots. Call for current availability.
We treat patients across the full lifespan — from young children through older adults. Cathie Campbell holds dual certification in psychiatric mental health and geriatric primary care. A parent or guardian must accompany patients under 18 at initial visits.
ADHD, generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, PTSD, mood disorders, insomnia, and geriatric psychiatric conditions including dementia.

Telehealth

What is a telehealth appointment?

A video-based visit with your psychiatric provider via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Functions the same as an in-person appointment — history review, symptom assessment, treatment plan — except you attend from home or any private location.
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone plus a reliable internet connection. Browser-based — no app or download required.
Yes. Infinity Health’s telehealth services are available to patients throughout all of North Dakota and Minnesota — including Fargo, Bismarck, Minot, Williston, and every community in between.
Research consistently shows telehealth is equally effective as in-person care for most psychiatric conditions. Our providers use the same thorough clinical approach regardless of format.

Insurance & Billing

Does Infinity Health accept insurance?

Yes. We accept most major insurance plans. Call (701) 885-7920 or check the back of your insurance card to confirm your mental health benefits before your first visit.
Most major plans — including Medicare and Medicaid — cover telehealth mental health services. North Dakota telehealth parity laws require many plans to cover virtual visits at the same rate as in-person care. Confirm your specific coverage with your insurer.
Self-pay options are available. Call our office to discuss current rates and payment options.

Your Appointments

What happens at my first appointment?

A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation — 45 to 60 minutes. Your provider will review medical and psychiatric history, discuss current symptoms, evaluate co-occurring conditions, and begin building a personalized treatment plan.
Please call (701) 885-7920 at least 24 hours in advance. This lets us offer your slot to another patient who needs care. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.
